该业主从收房开始每年按时缴纳物业费，却无辜被物业放置的大石墩绊倒。原因是物业要应付消防部门检查，临时在每天业主去停车场的必经之路上（也是无障碍通道）中间摆放了好几个200多斤的大石墩子，说检查完了就移走。物业违法堵塞大部分楼栋消防通道，在堵塞道路前没有任何通知、照明和警示牌，深秋的晚上10点多，因为石墩和地面颜色一样，业主经过时被重重的绊倒，石墩却纹丝不动，佩戴在手上的翡翠手镯当场摔断裂，手腕膝盖多处软组织损伤，如果当天被绊倒的是老人 孕妇或者小孩后果将不堪设想。最可气的是物业态度不但没有丝毫悔意和歉意，态度还非常嚣张，扬言有本事就去告，所以业主一气之下将物业起诉到了法院。
