font-size: 17px; font-family: mp-quote, "PingFang SC", system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Helvetica Neue", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei UI", "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.034em;'><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>（二）趋利性执法问题。</span>下达或变相下达行政罚没款、执法数量考核指标；为增加行政罚没收入脱离实际监管随意设置电子技术监控设备；将行政罚没收入与本单位业务经费、福利待遇挂钩；违规预收、私自截留罚没款，违反“罚缴分离”规定等情形。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 24px;'><span leaf="" style='color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);
