17px;'>而在日常行车中，许多驾驶员自认为“紧急”的情况，其实都属于违法占用应急车道。其中最常见的包括：长途驾驶感到疲劳后，在应急车道停车休息；走错行驶路线后，停车设置导航；交通拥堵时，借应急车道超车；在应急车道接打电话等。这些行为不仅违反交通法规，更易引发交通事故、延误紧急救援，给道路安全埋下巨大隐患。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>根据《道路交通安全违法行为记分管理办法》规定，驾驶机动车在高速公路或城市快速路违法占用应急车道行驶的，一次记6分、罚款200元；非紧急情况下在高速公路违法停车，情节严重的，最高可记9分。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' “我们实行24小时不间断巡逻，确保路面管控无死角。”颜维昌介绍，市交管部门主要负责巡逻的范围是孝洪高速（142公里200米至182公里300米）以及武来高速（53公里135米至89公里600米）路段（境内另外两条高速——沪渝高速和随岳高速由省公安厅高警总队管辖，编者注）。除常态化巡逻外，我市交管部门还充分依托科技手段，联动高速公路运营公司，通过视频监控对路面情况进行实时巡查，实现对违法占用应急车道行为的精准发现与快速处置。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>群众参与已成为管控体系中不可或缺的力量，“随手拍”举报活动极大调动了群众参与交通治理的积极性。但颜维昌表示，目前除沪渝高速仙桃段支持“随手拍”举报外，由我市交管部门管理的孝洪高速仙桃段及武来高速仙桃段，暂未推广应用“随手拍”小程序。市民若在这两条高速上发现非紧急情况占用应急车道行驶或停车的违法行为，可拨打“96122”进行举报，交管部门接到举报后将立即核查处理。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>“警民互动的方式，极大延伸了执法触角，让违法行为无处遁形。”颜维昌强调，针对节假日车流量大、违法现象易发的特点，交管部门将进一步强化管控措施，在原有24小时巡逻的基础上，增加巡逻频次、延长重点时段管控时间，在易拥堵、事故多发路段重点布控，及时查处占道、违停等违法行为，快速处置交通事故、疏导交通拥堵。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>“我们的目标，就是让群众的回家路更平安、更顺畅。”颜维昌表示，希望广大驾驶员自觉遵守交通法规，充分认识应急车道的重要意义，不抢行、不占道。应急车道是救援通道，更是生命通道，在拥堵车流中多一份耐心、少一份急躁，守住的不仅是法律底线，更是对他人生命安全的尊重。</span></span></p><p><span
