leaf="">春江花园小区位于建设路,是一个建成已有22年的老旧小区,共有8栋居民楼,住户多为常住老人及上班族,小区整体规模较小,内部道路和公共空间相对狭窄。据介绍,此前小区因基础设施老化、环境杂乱等问题,纳入了老旧小区改造范围,经过几个月的施工,改造工程顺利竣工,小区的路面、墙面、给排水等基础设施得到全面升级,居民的居住环境有了明显改善。</span></p><p><span leaf="">“改造完成之后小区确实干净整洁多了,大家都很满意,但随之而来的就是停车问题。”业委会一位不愿透露姓名的工作人员告诉记者,随着居民生活水平的提高,小区内私家车数量逐年增多,如今几乎家家户户都有一辆私家车,部分家庭甚至有两辆,停车难的问题日益突出。改造工程结束后,业委会便着手计划在小区内合理划设停车位,规范停车秩序、缓解停车压力,同时避免车辆乱停乱放影响小区通行和居民安全。然而,划线工作却遇到了阻力。</span></p><section leaf="">记者在实地走访中看到,小区主干道上并没有划设清晰的停车标线,车辆大多沿着道路两侧停放。不过,大部分车辆都停得比较整齐,基本保障了通行道路的畅通。一位正在停车的居民告诉记者:“虽然没划线,但大家住久了,都知道大概停哪儿合适,尽量不堵着路。”</span></p><p><span 有车业主小区里停车应该对无车业主家庭实行适度性经济补偿,可以适当收取年度停车费用。否则不公平也不可能让你划线。

所谓的停车位都是消灭花坛,挤出来的位置,典型的借停车位绑架一楼,和装电梯手法一模一样!
