color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 24px;' data-layout-id="6"><span leaf=""><span textstyle=''></span><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>3. 退役大学生士兵</span><span textstyle=''>。</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，服役期间未受到部队相关处分；从XX省应征入伍；普通高校全日制高职（专科）毕业生及在校生（含高校新生）应征入伍，退役后完成高职（专科）学业。凡退役后已参加过专升本选拔考试的考生不得再次报考。</span></span></p><p style='font-size: 17px; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 24px;' data-layout-id="16"><span leaf=""><span textstyle=''></span><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>2. 招生计划</span><span textstyle=''>。</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>专升本招生计划分为“普通考生计划”“专项计划”“退役大学生士兵计划”“技能大赛免试考生计划”4种类别。各招生高校的分专业计划编制将重点面向服务本省经济社会发展、产业升级转型和民生保障急需的相关领域专业倾斜。关于计划调整，遵循以下原则：若“专项计划”报考总人数不足，其空余量可调整至“普通考生计划”使用。“退役大学生士兵计划”与“技能大赛免试考生计划”为单列计划，不调整至其他类别使用。所有计划调整情况均须在各招生高校的专升本官方信息发布网站进行公示。各高校具体的分校、分专业招生计划将另行发文通知。</span></span></p><section style='text-align: center;' nodeleaf=""><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></section><h1 style='color: rgba(43, 119, 191, 1);text-align: center;font-size: 20px;font-weight: 500;line-height: 1.8;margin-bottom: 12px;' data-layout-id="19"><span leaf="">03报名</span></h1><p style='font-size: 17px; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 24px;' data-layout-id="26"><span leaf=""><span textstyle=''>（2）退役大学生士兵。</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>退役大学生士兵报名分为两个阶段：</span><span textstyle=''>第一阶段（预报名）：时间为2026年2月25日至28日。符合报考条件的退役大学生士兵须登录报名平台，在线提交预报名申请，填写《2026年XX省普通高等学校退役大学生士兵专升本申请表》，并上传入伍批准书、退出现役证等证明材料（2026年春季退役的考生，可暂缓上传退役证）。第二阶段（正式填报志愿）：时间为2026年3月10日至13日，填报要求与普通考生一致。未在规定时间内完成预报名的退役大学生士兵（2026年1月前已退役者），不得填报退役大学生士兵专项志愿。</span></span></p><p style='font-size: 17px; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 24px;' data-layout-id="47"><span leaf=""><span textstyle=''></span><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>3. 考试组织</span><span textstyle=''>。</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>考试工作由各招生高校负责具体组织实施，省教育厅将组织巡考组对全省各考点进行巡视检查。各高校必须参照国家教育考试的同等标准，制定详尽的考试组织方案与考务工作手册，健全组织机构，压实工作责任，确保考试各环节规范严密。</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>各校须将</span><span textstyle=''>防范利用手机等无线通讯工具作弊</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>作为考试安全工作的核心，全面构建人防、物防、技防相结合的“六位一体”安全防护体系。具体须做到：考点入口“智能安检门”</span><span textstyle=''>全配备</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>，考场区域无线信号（含5G）屏蔽</span><span textstyle=''>全覆盖</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>，手机等违禁物品</span><span textstyle=''>不得带入考点</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>的要求</span><span textstyle=''>全落实</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>，所有考务工作人员培训与考核</span><span textstyle=''>全达标</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>。同时，应积极协同相关部门，推进考试期间降低考点周边手机信号频率、限制网络自动优化等措施，并全面落实考场、保密室的实时智能视频巡查监控。对于考试过程中出现的任何违规违纪行为，将严格依据《国家教育考试违规处理办法》及相关学生管理规定进行严肃查处。全省专升本考务工作的具体实施细则，将由</span><span textstyle=''>省教育考试院</span><span textstyle='' style='color: rgb(15, 17, 21);'>另行通知部署。</span></span></p><p style='font-size: 17px;
