leaf="">执法人员现场核查时发现，一家鱼摊的电子秤存在明显计量异常：放置1公斤标准砝码，显示屏竟显示1.05公斤。进一步操作验证后，执法人员揭开了这台“鬼秤”的作弊玄机——按下“3”键与“去皮”键启动作弊程序，切换不同单价键就能实现不同比例增重：按“单价1”显示1.050公斤，按“单价2”显示1.100公斤，按“单价3”直接显示1.150公斤，增重比例最高达15%。</span></p><p><span leaf="">目前，涉事作弊电子秤已被依法没收，摊主被立案调查，后续将面临相应处罚。</span></p><p><span leaf="">沔城市场监管所相关负责人表示，针对“鬼秤”乱象，该所已将集贸市场电子秤检查纳入“每月突击查”重点清单，加密早市、节假日等消费高峰时段的检查频次，实现精准监管、常态震慑。同时，推动市场管理方建立“电子秤管理台账”，对经营户计量器具实行“准入登记—强制检定—报废注销”全流程闭环管理，从源头堵住作弊器具流入市场的漏洞。</span></p><p><span leaf="">此外，该所还将创新监管模式，一方面开展“计量诚信经营户”评选并挂牌公示，树立行业标杆；另一方面建立失信惩戒机制，将多次计量违规的经营户纳入“黑名单”，实施联合惩戒。“严查‘鬼秤’不手软，就是要让作弊行为无处遁形，守护市民‘菜篮子’里的公平正义。”该所负责人表示。</span></p><section data-role="outer" label="edit by leaf="">对此，万育红提醒消费者，购物时务必留意三点：一是查看电子秤是否贴有强制检定合格标志，且在有效期内；二是保留好交易凭证，如小票、支付截图等；三是发现计量可疑时，立即到市场公平秤复称，并拍摄商品、电子秤显示情况、商户摊位信息等照片或视频，为维权留存关键证据。同时，维权过程中要保持理性，避免与商户发生冲突，协商无果可通过法律途径解决。</span></p><section
