font-size: 17px;'>2026年湖北省普通选调生招录公告</h2> 为贯彻落实中组部《关于进一步加强和改进选调生工作的意见》及我省有关规定，进一步加强年轻干部队伍源头储备，改善干部队伍结构，经研究决定，2026年招录497名普通选调生到我省乡镇（街道）工作，现就有关事项公告如下： 一、选调对象国内“双一流”建设高校和省内部分高校（名单附后）2026届全日制大学毕业生、在我省服务满两年且目前在岗的省内服务基层项目人员（我省有关部门选聘的“三支一扶”人员和“西部计划”志愿者）和武汉市选聘生。工作经历计算截止时间为2026年8月。 二、报考条件具有下列资格条件者可以报考：1.认真学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，具有良好的政治素养和家国情怀，作风朴实，品行端正，诚实守信，服从组织安排。 2.应为中共党员（含预备党员），或具有一年以上学生干部经历，或获得过校级以上表彰奖励。省内服务基层项目人员和武汉市选聘生在岗期间获得过县级以上工作表彰的，视同符合条件。 3.学习成绩优良或工作表现良好。2026届毕业生在最高学历学习期间，必修课不得有不及格记录，能于2026年1月1日至7月31日期间取得相应学历学位证书，其中研究生可放宽取得学历学位期限，但最迟不超过2026年12月31日。省内服务基层项目人员和武汉市选聘生在岗期间年度考核均为合格以上等次。 4.具有一定的社会实践能力、组织协调能力、人际沟通能力、语言文字表达能力。 5.2026届毕业生中，本科生年龄不满25周岁（2001年7月及以后出生）、硕士研究生年龄不满28周岁（1998年7月及以后出生）、博士研究生年龄不满32周岁（1994年7月及以后出生）。具有参军入伍经历且满服役年限的，年龄可放宽2岁。省内服务基层项目人员和武汉市选聘生中，本科生年龄不满28周岁（1998年7月及以后出生），研究生年龄不满32周岁（1994年7月及以后出生）。 6.具有中华人民共和国国籍，且无国（境）外永久居留权。符合《公务员录用规定》要求的资格条件和选调职位的其他条件。以下人员不得报考：1.现役军人、在读的非2026届毕业生。2.定向培养、委托培养、在职培养以及毕业后申请第二学士学位的毕业生，通过高等学历继续教育、专升本、职业技能高考等方式取得学历的毕业生。3.在校或工作期间有违法违纪违规行为、在各类考试中被认定有舞弊等严重违反考试录用纪律行为、存在学术不端或道德品行问题、公务员和参照公务员法管理的机关（单位）工作人员被辞退未满5年的（截至公告发布之日），以及法律法规规定不得录用为公务员的情形的人员。我省签订少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士及博士研究生（非在职考生）定向协议书的人员，符合选调条件的，可报考生源地市州的职位。 <span style='letter-spacing: 0.578px; font-size: 17px; color: rgb(0, 128, 255); font-family: mp-quote, "PingFang SC", system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Helvetica Neue", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei UI", "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif;'>三、选调程序1.组织推荐和网上报名符合选调基本条件且具有报考意愿的人员，于2026年1月13日10:00至1月20日17:00登录湖北省人事考试网（https://rst.hubei.gov.cn/hbrsksw）查询招录职位，进行网上报名，每名报考者限报一个职位。同时，下载填写《2026年湖北省普通选调生报名推荐表》，并准备相关佐证材料提交所在高校党组织（所在市州党委组织部）审核。2026年1月13日至1月19日每天17:00，湖北省人事考试网将发布职位报名人数，引导报考者合理选择职位。 2.资格初审和报名确认2026年1月14日10:00至1月23日17:00对报考者进行网上资格初审。报考者应及时登录报名系统查询资格审核结果，通过资格初审的，不能再报考其他职位。因提交信息不全、填写不规范等原因未通过初审的，可在报名时间内补充修改，逾期不能更改。2026年1月14日17:00至1月25日22:00，通过资格初审的考生需登录报名系统进行缴费确认。最低生活保障家庭人员可在1月24日22:00前，通过报名系统中“政策减免费用申请”在线申请减免报名费，未提交减免申请或减免申请未通过审核的，仍需缴费。未按期缴费确认的，视为自动放弃报考资格。缴费确认人数不足3人的职位，取消招录计划，报考该职位考生可于2026年1月27日10:00至22:00改报其他职位。因考生自身原因，无法正常联系或接到通知后逾期未改报的，视作放弃改报权，退还报名费。 3.笔试2026年3月14日（星期六），在武汉市组织笔试。请考生于2026年3月9日10:00至3月14日15:00登录报名系统下载并打印准考证。笔试采用闭卷方式，考试科目为《行政职业能力测验》《申论》。笔试结束后，划定笔试合格分数线。 4.资格复审在笔试合格分数线上，根据笔试成绩从高到低的顺序，按照各职位面试人员与选调计划3:1的比例进行资格复审并确定面试人员名单，达不到比例的相应调减选调计划。如有资格复审不合格或主动放弃的，根据笔试成绩依次递补。进入资格复审人员名单和入围面试人员名单由省委组织部在湖北省人事考试网发布。资格复审名单发布后5个工作日内，相关考生需将以下资格复审材料上传报名系统：2026届毕业生资格复审材料：①《2026年湖北省普通选调生报名推荐表》；②身份证；③政治面貌、学生干部经历、校级及以上表彰奖励、参军入伍经历等相关证明材料；④学生成绩单（需加盖学校公章）；⑤教育部学籍在线验证报告；⑥报考职位所需的其他证明材料。省内服务基层项目人员、武汉市选聘生资格复审材料：①《2026年湖北省普通选调生报名推荐表》；②身份证；③政治面貌、学生干部经历、表彰奖励等相关证明材料；④县（市、区）党委组织部出具的工作经历证明、与主管部门签订的聘任合同或三方协议；⑤学历学位证书或教育部学籍在线验证报告、中国高等教育学位在线验证报告；⑥在岗期间的年度考核登记表。以上材料将在考察环节与原件进行核对。资料不全、不合规范或逾期未报送材料的，视为自动放弃选调资格。资格审查贯穿招录工作各环节、全过程，任一环节发现报考者存在弄虚作假行为或不符合报考条件的，即取消选调资格。 5.面试面试有关事项另行通知。面试公告发布后，考生放弃面试的，不再进行递补。因考生放弃面试导致实际面试人数与选调计划未达到3:1比例的，该职位可正常开考；实际面试人数未超过选调计划的职位，考生面试成绩达到本场考试（同一考官组、同一面试题本）所有面试人员平均分的，方可确定为考察对象。面试结束后，以百分制按笔试成绩和面试成绩各占50％的比例计算综合成绩。 6.考察和体检根据综合成绩从高到低的顺序，按照考察人数与选调计划1.5:1的比例确定考察对象。末位考生综合成绩并列的，一并进行考察。考察工作按照《公务员录用考察办法（试行）》等有关规定和拟录用职位的要求开展，突出考察政治品质和道德品行。考察结束后，根据考察情况进行排序，比选择优，确定体检人选。考生不按规定时间地点参加体检的，视为放弃选调资格。体检不合格的或因考生放弃体检等原因出现缺额的，从同一选调职位的考察对象中，按照考察排序依次递补。体检项目和标准按照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》及操作手册、《关于调整公务员录用体检有关项目检查标准的通知》执行。对身体条件有特殊要求的职位，有关体检项目和标准按照《公务员录用体检特殊标准（试行）》执行。体检费用由招录单位承担。 7.公示和录用拟录用人选名单在湖北省人事考试网公示，公示时间为5个工作日。公示发布后，不再进行递补。公示无反映或反映问题不影响录用的，确定为正式录用人选。录用人选为2026届毕业生的，一般应于公示期满10个工作日内，与招录单位签订高校毕业生就业协议；未按要求签订就业协议的，视为自动放弃；签约后，考生不得擅自变更或解约。2026年7月，录用人选到招录单位报到。其中，2026届毕业生报到时需持相应毕业证、学位证（2026年下半年毕业的研究生，在取得相应学历学位后再报到），逾期未取得学历学位的，取消录用资格。 <span style='letter-spacing: 0.578px;
