17px;'>“之前听说过信用修复，但不清楚具体流程。”2025年1月，刘先生在补缴罚款后，主动向市市场监管局说明情况并提交信用修复申请。该局随即安排专人开展“一对一”指导，协助企业完善《信用修复申请表》《守信承诺书》及相关整改证明材料。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>“对于列入严重违法失信名单满一年、已履行法定义务且符合移出条件的当事人，我们会依申请启动信用修复程序，同意将其移出严重违法失信名单。”市市场监管局信用监管科负责人介绍，通过多环节高效协同，帮助企业在最短时间内同步完成行政处罚信息信用修复和严重违法失信名单移出工作，全面恢复正常信用状态。修复完成后，该企业顺利获得银行贷款，生产经营逐步回归正轨。</span></span></p><p><span
