style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">根据《企业信息公示暂行条例》《外国企业常驻代表机构登记管理条例》《农民专业合作社年度报告公示办法》《个体工商户年度报告办法》等法规规章的相关规定，现就我市2025年度经营主体年报公示有关事项通告如下：</span></span></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'><span leaf="">一、报送对象</span></span></strong></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">凡2025年12月31日（含当日）前，在我市市场监管部门登记注册的企业及其分支机构、农民专业合作社、个体工商户、外国企业常驻代表机构。</span><span leaf=""><br></span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">办理歇业备案的经营主体仍需按时公示年度报告；已依法被吊销营业执照或撤销登记的各类经营主体不再报送年报。</span></span></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><strong style='text-indent: 2.2em;caret-color: red;'><span style='font-size:15px;'><span leaf="">二、报送时间</span></span></strong></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">企业、农民专业合作社、个体工商户：2026年1月1日至6月30日；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">外国企业常驻代表机构：2026年3月1日至6月30日。</span></span></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><strong style='text-indent: 2.2em;caret-color: red;'><span style='font-size:15px;'><span leaf="">三、报送方式与端口</span></span></strong></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">登录国家企业信用信息公示系统（湖北）：官网入口：http://www.gsxt.gov.cn（导航至“湖北”）或https://scjg.hubei.gov.cn/hbgsxt/；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">移动端入口：微信搜索“湖北智慧市场监管”小程序，按指引完成填报与公示。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">首次报送需先完成联络员备案，往年已备案的无需重复操作。</span></span></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><strong style='text-indent: 2.2em;caret-color: red;'><span style='font-size:15px;'><span leaf="">四、“多报合一”与填报要点</span></span></strong></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">继续实施与人社、农业农村、商务、海关、统计、外汇、税务等部门相关事项合并年报；与税务有关事项“多报合一”，支持经营主体在国家企业信用信息公示系统（湖北）填报年报时，采取“授权共享”的方式，自动获取税务年报相关信息。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">经营主体应在市场监管部门的指导下自主如实填报基本信息、股东及出资、资产状况、社保、特种设备等内容，确保数据真实准确，严禁隐瞒真实情况或弄虚作假。</span></span></p><p style='margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;text-indent: 2.35714em;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'><span leaf="">五、法律责任</span></span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">经营主体对年度报告内容的真实性、及时性和合法性负责。未按照规定的期限公示年度报告的，将被依法列入经营异常名录，并依法给予行政处罚。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">企业因连续2年未按规定报送年度报告被列入经营异常名录未改正，且通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法取得联系的，由县级以上市场监督管理部门吊销营业执照。企业被吊销营业执照后，应当依法办理注销登记；未办理注销登记的，由市场监督管理部门依法作出处理。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">企业公示信息隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假的，法律、行政法规有规定的，依照其规定；没有规定的，由市场监督管理部门责令改正，处1万元以上5万元以下罚款；情节严重的，处5万元以上20万元以下罚款，列入市场监督管理严重违法失信名单，并可以吊销营业执照。被列入市场监督管理严重违法失信名单的企业的法定代表人、负责人，3年内不得担任其他企业的法定代表人、负责人。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">按照《保障中小企业款项支付条例》《企业信息公示暂行条例》等法规规定，对未按照规定在企业年度报告中公示逾期尚未支付中小企业款项信息或者隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假的大型企业，依法实施失信惩戒。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.35714em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><span leaf="">外国企业常驻代表机构未在规定期限内提交年度报告的，市场监督管理部门依法责令限期改正，并处以1万元以上3万元以下罚款；逾期未改正的，吊销登记证。</span></span></p><p style='margin-top:
