leaf="">项目建设方——市城发新能源投资有限公司经理罗成介绍，项目推进过程中，公司与林业、住更、资建等部门高效沟通协调，完成绿化移除、人行通道占用等手续报备，保障工程稳步推进。</span></p><p><span leaf="">该项目计划在干河街道、杜湖街道新建蒸汽管网、热水管网，含供热主支管网、供热首站、小区二级换热站及配套智慧监控设施，管网路由总长超20公里，工期2年。建成后，将为工业企业生产用热、民商用建筑集中供热提供坚实保障。</span></p><p><span leaf="">“蒸汽管道北线延伸至华栋食品、百合医疗、严老头，南线通达健鼎电子、科伦药业；热水管道沿东堤直渠路和沔州大道敷设，重点服务城南片区。”罗成透露，项目以仙桃市绿色东方环保发电有限公司为热源起点，利用焚烧发电产生的余热蒸汽，一部分经蒸汽管网直接输送至工业企业，以满足其生产用蒸汽的需求；另一部分通过城西污水厂内的供热首站转化为热水，经热水管网输送至民用、商业用户端，实现冬季集中供热，提升居民生活品质。目前，由市城发投投资建设的翰馨雅苑、颐馨雅苑等小区已提前规划预留供热通道，未来有望纳入集中供热范围。不过他也提到，集中供热需依托热水管网覆盖，规划及在建的新小区更易实现集中供热；而未预留供热管道通道和小区二级站位置的老小区，后续铺设成本相对更高。</span></p><p><span leaf="">罗成表示，集中供热既惠及民生，也能助企业降本增效。“食品、包装等行业此前多靠自备锅炉供热，成本较高。”他举例，企业使用集中供热蒸汽，企业每吨蒸汽费用可下降25%左右，如企业年用汽5万吨，可年节约能源费用约400万元。</span></p><section data-role="outer" label="edit by 135editor" data-pm-slice="0 0
