评审的标准是什么？
没有标准，就几个专家蹦蹦跳跳。
湖北老字号认定总体标准是品牌创立时间在40年（含）以上、具有中华民族特色和鲜明的湖北地域文化特征、企业需在湖北依法设立、主营业务业连续经营20年（含）以上、具体细化以每个城市“老字号”认定管理办法为准{:330:} 邱记锅盔；三兄弟锅块呢 分门分门别类的进行评判，比如说餐饮业，早点业等各个方面 买药的也是老字号 叶记
