line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>1.工业源减排措施：在确保安全生产的前提下，按照重污染天气应急预案、应急减排清单，工业企业要有计划地实施对应预警级别停限产措施。尤其是纳入重污染天气应急减排清单的工业企业，按照“一厂一策”要求，采取降低生产负荷、停产、加强污染治理、大宗物料错峰运输等措施，减少大气污染物排放量。</span></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>2.扬尘源减排措施：除特殊工艺、应急抢险、民生保障工程以外，暂停施工工地土石方作业并做好裸土覆盖，渣土车禁止上路行驶，加大施工工地洒水降尘频次；停止建筑拆除、打磨切割建材、场地凿岩打桩、喷涂粉刷、护坡喷浆、现场混凝土搅拌等易产生扬尘污染的作业；砂石料场、石材厂、石板厂等停止露天作业。在日常道路保洁频次的基础上，主干道和易产生扬尘路段增加清扫、洒水、喷雾等作业频次和作业范围。</span></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;
