font-size: 16px; font-family: "microsoft yahei";'>走进湖北允泰坊食品有限公司（以下简称允泰坊）董事长杨克勤的办公室，墙上的澳大利亚地图旁，又悄然挂上了一幅东南亚地图。“东南亚华人多，市场潜力肯定大。”黄鳝加工产品“出海”，他又瞄向“新版图”。10月22日，深秋暖阳高照，杨克勤的心里同样暖烘烘。他向记者展示近期出口“成绩单”——当天，公司收到客户3万元回款，英国市场“破零”；价值20万元的黄鳝丝正在海关检测，不日将出口美国；一批发往加拿大的黄鳝丝，也将于25日从上海起航。允泰坊是湖北唯一的黄鳝制品出口企业。从3年前一个“送上门”的美国订单开始，这家位于全国黄鳝第一镇——张沟镇的食品企业，将“仙桃黄鳝”卖到美国、加拿大、新西兰、日本、英国等国家及香港、澳门，2024年出口创汇近1000万元。谈到黄鳝“出海”之路，杨克勤称自己是一名“孤勇者”。 仙桃是全国最大的黄鳝养殖基地，鲜活黄鳝卖得“风生水起”，但加工市场长期空白。“鲜有人涉足，也许就藏着别人看不到的商机。”2019年，在风干鱼市场站稳脚跟的杨克勤，准备闯一闯这片产业“无人区”。没有“参考资料”，更没有“作业可抄”，杨克勤带领公司团队“走一步，试一步”。他们研发出全自动黄鳝宰杀机器，实现黄鳝去骨出肉标准化、规模化；与武汉轻工大学合作，掌握液氮锁鲜技术。很快，冷鲜调理黄鳝丝、黄鳝片等产品出炉。但市场并没有给他“厚爱”，一直难以实现有效突破。2022年初夏，一个来自广东的陌生电话，打破市场“宁静”。对方祖籍广东江门，常年在美国做酒店食材配送，他想将家乡的黄鳝煲仔饭推广到当地华人圈，通过互联网搜索到了允泰坊。“在国际上，没有黄鳝这个类目，黄鳝被统称为鳗鱼。”对于黄鳝出口，杨克勤半信半疑，但也决定“顺水推舟”试一试。当年7月，一批价值60万元的黄鳝片顺利通关出口，被运往大洋彼岸。春节期间，美国那边传回市场反馈，“仙桃黄鳝很受欢迎，全部卖完了！”从那以后，这位广东客商成为“老朋友”，每年都要订下100余万元的货。找上门的一单生意，撬开了允泰坊的“出海”通道，也为杨克勤带来了“新思路”——打开世界地图卖黄鳝。这时，杨克勤的眼光不仅仅盯着长三角、珠三角、成渝等国内优势市场，大洋彼岸的一个个“新天地”，被挂上办公室墙面。 在政府的扶持下，允泰坊加快发展步伐，新建高标准黄鳝速冻生产车间，引进先进智能化生产线，产品也由初加工向更深处拓展，液氮锁鲜、调理预制、休闲零食、特产礼盒等系列产品相继问世。 建立出口备案基地、做欧盟出口认证、参加各类涉外展会……除了练好“内功”外，杨克勤邀请国际贸易专业毕业的女儿杨倩加入团队，充实“出海”力量。广交会上，结识定居海外的天门籍客商，拿下新西兰市场；在美国客商的引荐下，又相继揽获加拿大、日本等国家订单。随着黄鳝产业上升为省级战略，“仙桃黄鳝”品牌越发亮眼，允泰坊的出口“多点开花”。 今年7月，允泰坊试水将重约8.6吨、价值70多万元的鲜活黄鳝通过冷链运输车发往越南，首次打开东南亚市场。杨克勤介绍，今年企业黄鳝系列产品出口增长超40%。“罐头系列产品的出口市场很成熟，符合外国人饮食习惯，且黄鳝品类罐头尚属空白。”眼下，允泰坊又有了“新动作”。公司根据国内一头部外贸平台数据分析，并结合在香港等地的市场调研，联合武汉轻工大学开发黄鳝罐头产品。杨克勤说，来年春节后，黄鳝罐头将登陆欧美市场，成为公司新的增长点。未来，允泰坊将继续深化产品研发，开发更多适合国际口味的黄鳝深加工产品，同时借力鄂州花湖国际机场，让仙桃黄鳝“游”向更广阔世界。</section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
